Medical Marijuana Certification

Patients must be evaluated by a provider who is licensed to issue a certification. Once you have been evaluated and qualifications are met, you will receive the certificate via your email the same day.

To qualify for a medical marijuana certification in Virginia, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be diagnosed with a medical condition you believe will benefit from medical marijuana treatment.

• Have a written medical marijuana certification from a registered Virginia medical marijuana provider.

Hold a valid VA Driver’s License / State ID or proof of Virginia residency.

All evaluations are via tele-health (virtual) so you can be evaluated no matter where you are! We offer same-day and weekend appointments. Please note we do not offer evaluations for patients under the age of 21. COMPLETE INTAKE FORMS Once your tele-health appointment is booked and payment has been applied, you will receive a link to a tele-health visit that can be accessed from any device. Your provider will review your documents and history as part of the process and then connect with you virtually.
