We are a pain management service. In the state of Virginia patients may qualify for a Medicinal Cannabis Certification. 

 

The patient must first be evaluated by a provider who is licensed to issue a certificate. Once you have been evaluated and  qualifications are met, you will receive the certificate via your email the same day.

 Patients may then take the certificate to a Medical Marijuana dispensary to purchase products with the assistance and recommendations by trained personal.

The cost for the initial evaluation and certificate is $115.00, and annual re-evaluations are $100.00. If the patient does not qualify they may receive a full refund. 

​

The certificate expires after one year.
